Angel Fong - Founder & Tour Leader
A specialist in birdwatching tourism with 9 years of experience in the field, Angel Fong is the CEO and Tour Leader of Go Bird Honduras. He is also the founder of the platform Pajareando en Honduras. His experience includes developing bird monitoring activities, conducting bird inventory surveys at sites of interest, and carrying out assessments of birdwatching tourism potential. He has also been involved in creating plans and strategies for the development of birding destinations in Honduras.
Angel served as the President of the Honduran Ornithology Association (ASHO) from 2018 to 2020, during which he established the organization’s first birdwatching tourism committee.
Birdwatching has been a transformative journey for Angel. Since discovering this passion a few years ago, he has found immense satisfaction and joy. This love for observing birds has not only enriched his life but also made him a happier and more fulfilled individual.
